The food and customer service at Duran's were great, and I would give it 10 stars if I could. The atmosphere during happy hour with Dr. Ozzy playing great music and the homemade sauce is a must-try. It's a good place to enjoy a cigar and drinks, with friendly staff and a welcoming environment.

They refused to give me my change on my bill claiming I tipped 50% willingly. I had to file a police report and a report with the Attorney General consumer protection and the BBB.

My friends and I have been coming to Duran's for the last four years on St. Patrick"s day weekend' Last night we were treated so rude by your bartender we ate had a couple drinks and left. Next year we will be spending our money some where else. Your cook Jackie was awesome to us as well was our waitress..
