I just recently had my wedding there, and it was everything I had dreamed of . The food was delicious, the room set up was the exact elegance I was looking for, and the service was excellent, they all worked together and made us feel as though it was their own event. I was so happy, and the planners are very easy to work with. My special day couldnt have been better!

I just attended a wedding as a maid of honor at this venue and I wanted to warn any brides that may be looking at this place - or even anyone who wants to have a party there. Here's the list.
Getting them to do anything that deviates from their standard, tacky event plan is like pulling teeth; They were offended when we told them we wanted them to remove the fog machine and when we asked them to remove the red roses because they didn't fit in the color scheme - both of which we specifically told them not to have out MONTHS in advance. Also, don't even TRY to change their table placement - there will be fits.
Good luck getting them to call you back, especially once they have your money.
They will not answer the phone, or the door, even when they are clearly just inside.
They keep terrible records.
They refuse to lower the air conditioning below 80 (people were sitting in their cars to cool off.)
They did not tell guests who arrived before the bridal party that the wine and beer were taken care of - on the contrary, they charged people for everything until we arrived.
The food for guests toward the end of the line was not up to par (I must say, in all fairness, that I found OUR food just fine. But we WERE first in line.)
On top of all of this, they won't let you use your own planner. You have to use their in-house planner because they insist upon it looking "professional." Their "planner", is the owner's daughter. She never returned the bride's calls. She also stopped speaking to her mother (the owner) three weeks before the wedding - so notes the bride had given her were not passed on. Professional indeed.
We did manage to have a lovely reception, but no thanks to the people at Eldolyn Terrace. I credit that entirely to the happy couple and the company which was present.
If you have no problem with their tacky cut and paste plan, go for it. Otherwise - for your own sanity - steer clear.
