The food at Evergreen Chinese is consistently delicious, with fresh ingredients that shine in every dish. The service is friendly and efficient, and the prices are reasonable for the quality you receive. I've tried many Chinese restaurants in the area, and Evergreen stands out as one of the best, with flavorful dishes and generous portions that keep me coming back for more.

The good reviews I read about this restaurant must have been written many moons ago. It was the worst chinese food I have ever had. I ordered cashew chicken, and it consisted mostly of onions, carrots, celery, chicken, a few cashews and many peanuts (I guess to make up for the missing cashews). No snow peas, no bamboo shoots, no mushrooms.
I will not eat there again.

I have followed the owners since they owned their restaurant on Union Blvd in Allentown. Their food is well prepared and you get a lot for your money.
They appreciate their regulars and take good care of them. I have never had any complaints about the food!
