I don't give bad reviews unless they have consistently provided bad service. That said this place has not only gone downhill since the new owners took over, its slid right down the hill and into a sinkhole. Freddies has been our FAVORITE place to eat for almost 18 years. We used to order at least once a week sometimes twice.

Today was the third order we have made since the new owners took over. First time our order took 1 hour and 25 min to arrive. No big deal they get very busy. The food was cold and the order was incorrect. I called to have it fixed and was told "we can't do anything about your order being wrong once the driver leaves". Second time we ordered it took 2 hours 35 min to come and again the food was cold and everything ordered was wrong! I checked the order while the driver was still here and was told to call they would fix it. I called and was told "sorry we are too busy to fix it" and they hung up on me.

Tonight I wanted to give one last chance because we really loved the food there before. Made my order 2 hours later still no food. I called and asked if they could estimate a time. I was told "Oh it just left and will be there in 5 min". 35 min later I called again and asked for the owner. Im told sure hes right here but then get the manager who says no the owner isnt here today. The manager gets on the phone and gives me the run around just about giving me his name like he didnt want me to have it. Then says "well I didn't take your order" hands the phone off to someone else. She eventually finds my order in the computer and I get "ok I found it it was made" great where's my food? Then I get "oh no it wasn't made someone missed it I can do it now and get it there in maybe an hour" I said that's no good it should come now since I was lied to and told it was already out for delivery. I was given a snotty attitude by the manager and the lady on the phone and I told them to forget my order and we will NEVER order there again. Your workers and their terrible attitudes are running a business thats been a cornerstone in Pottsville straight into the ground. I feel sorry for the owners that are already losing a lot of business thanks to the terrible workers and service.

Fast Freddy's is the worst sub I have ever had. I ordered a turkey with mayo and it was miracle whip. The sub was made backwards with the meat on top of the roll and it was dry. It was if Helen Keller Made my sub.

They have some of the better tasting wings around and the pizza is pretty good too. Tastes almost like Armondos from Shenandoah.

Great food,Great service!

Best cheese steaks around. Also, great pizza. Haven't had a bad meal yet from them and our office usually goes at least once a week.

The food and the owners couldn't be better! Food is fantastic and the service is out of this world:)
