Whenever I'm in Philly, I love hitting up Fez Hookah Lounge for the incredible hookah experience and delicious food. The 7-course meal is a steal at $30 and has impressed everyone I've brought along over the years. Plus, the vibe is always chill, with great music and entertainment that makes for a perfect night out.
