excellent food & wait staff

Last SAT.,(5/03/14 ) , our family visited the Formosa Rest. It was our 3rd time there.Everything about it is exceptional From the time you arrive to the time you leave.The wait staff , the food , the décor , all made each visit more enjoyable. Now we have made reservations for an early Mothers Day with our Son & his family from N.J. Can't wait , both my taste buds & appetite surley will accompany me. I love this restaurant. The food is beautifully presented and very tasty. Just the right amount of heat for Thai food. The service is excellent and the atmosphere upscale. The decor is a but too much for my taste--used to be a Chinese restaurant-so not very Thai looking. I highly recommend this restaurant.

This place has bland food. (I guess it works if thats you palette though.) I don't even think it has the slightest resemblance of a Thai restaurant. The only reason possible to give it ONE star is their dessert. It's chocolatey and sugary, great for a small kid around age 9.
