I think the restaurant may have closed since the chef was considering retirement a while back. The attached sandwich shop remains open, but I wish they had more regular hours and a dedicated staff. The old charm of the downtown location is undeniable, and the food, though needing a heads-up for fresh preparation, is quite good.

Having spent some time in Tuscany, Italy, this restaurant was as fine as the Italian fare in Tuscany... It is not a pizza spot, or for a quick meal of spaghetti and certainly not a restaurant for children fare..
Instead fine food, in a unassuming atmosphere.
Parking is not easy, but worth the effort. I am eager to return...
