Excellent food!! Never had a bad meal. The problem is them getting your order correct. I suggest you ALWAYS double check your order before leaving & get a receipt. Also, if they say it's a 30 min. wait for your order, expect 45 min. to an hour wait. Room for improvement in customer svc. is definitely needed.

I went there not expecting much but my oh my! The service I got was amazing! Everything was awesome but I think what was the best was the customer service I got there was this sweet young girl She was amazing and patient! Definitely will be coming back I would give it 10/5 if I could! Keep up the great work! Definitely am going to become a regular!

I was in Giovanni's and had dinner. I happen to meet Giovanni. It surprised me how he conducted himself. He complained about how his staff in the kitchen are on drugs and can't how he can't get any good help. I had the Chicken Parmesan. It was ok. I will say, the parking is bad! And overall, as a customer do not need to hear an owner complain about his employees and brag about himself.

Service sucks. Food taste mostly frozen, pizza is ok but very expensive. lots of regulars that seem to freely go in and out of kitchen (never a good sign).The only thing in this small town. Atmosphere is dismal. Parking is a nightmare.

Great Italian food; generous portions and friendly service all at very reasonable prices. Have eaten there numerous times in the last few years and never disappointed.

We moved to area two years ago and this is our favorite local spot. The help has always been very friendly and accomodating. The food is very good and priced reasonably. Other reviewers must not be acquainted with current restaurant prices. If you are looking for ambience this is not your place but there is a certain amount of local charm to the place.

Just plain sucks, Staff seems uncaring or stoned, food mediocre at best, and for the area extremely expensive.

Well I thought there pizza was ok the Italian sub good we decided to get a cheese steak last week we got food poison me and my husband was so sick no mistaken it was food poison doctor confirmed we have 3 kids thank god they didn't eat it because we could not move for 2 days straight other then to run to the bathroom or find a bucket watch eating here they must not be handling the meat correctly

Ok my girlfriends family has dragged me to this place twice now. NEVER AGAIN!!! Food does not taste fresh, there is no ambience. They tend to bring food whenever. I know we have a large table but it would be nice to all get our entrees at tthe same time. On our last visit I was almost finished with my entree when my girlfriends mother FINALLY got her ravioli.
I am not sure what the other reviewer means by "Authentic Pizza" because it is not any better than pizza huts.

With all the places around Elverson and Morgantown for pizza and sandwiches this has to be the most expensive. The food is fair at best, service is slow and impolite, and the atmosphere is dismal. For the prices they charge I expect a much finer meal.

When Italian friends tell me this is a good place to go for authentic Italian food, I listen. And they are right. The veal saltimbocca is very good and their desserts are very tasty. Nobody else around here makes a fozen lemoncillo dessert. How special is that!

This place is terrific and a great value for the price, I don't know why that other person rated it low. The food is excellent, the staff very friendly, family feel to the place, and you get fancy restaurant quality food for reasonable price. The best lobster ravioli I have ever had.
