During my recent 2-day business trip to Allentown, I had a brief but enjoyable stay at a hotel with great amenities and an on-site restaurant. The gluten-free options were a bit limited, but the salmon dish was truly delicious. Navigating the area at night can be challenging, so I recommend arriving before dark for a smoother experience.
