Last weekend, while helping my daughter move into school, we got pretty hungry and decided to order from Goodfella's for sandwiches and a chicken parm sub. The owner called to confirm if we wanted mayo on our sandwiches, which was a really thoughtful touch. The food was ready in just 15 minutes, and despite the slight delay, it was absolutely delicious and generously portioned. The pizza may not have been perfectly sliced, but it was a tasty NY-style cheese pizza with a crispy crust, tangy sauce, and minimal flop. Overall, it's a great spot for a quick and satisfying meal, and I would definitely return for another slice when in the area.

All Amazing food...Awesomest Customer Service ...n the Quickest Delivery in Scranton !!! These are the few things that keep me coming back over the years. They are so attentive when you phone in your order , very patient and informative on anything I ask. The Chefs ...I hope y'all get all my phoned in comps. I send your way. Practically every time I order ...I follow it with a phone call back to compliment the chefs/cooks n please tell them it was the Best ...Thanks to all of you at Good Pizza on Mulberry St. Scranton, PA.

Worst customer service ever! I even had the manager hang up on me when I asked why my card was charged extra for someone giving themselves a tip! The food is good, but three times now I had delivery drivers & even a cashier at the pizza place give themselves an additional tip on the receipt without my permission! Sorry, but the pizza is not that good to get money stolen off of me!
