Viva! is an awesome vegan food truck in Eugene that serves up some incredible dishes. I had the Hickory Smoked BBQ rolls and the tempeh burrito, both of which were packed with flavor and made with fresh ingredients. The staff was super friendly, and I can't wait to go back and try more from their extensive menu!
