I've been coming to this Mexican restaurant for over 27 years, and it's surprising that this is my first time leaving a review. The house margaritas are always a hit, and the carnitas entree with rice & beans is my go-to choice, complemented perfectly by their fresh and flavorful salsa. The carnita enchiladas with mole that my husband tried were a new favorite, and the creamy flan dessert was the perfect ending to an authentic and delicious meal.

Have been going here for years...best food ever. It's the real deal and love the owners. Service great as is the food.

Herby's is one of our favorite restaurants and the only Mexican restaurant we would ever use. All the servers are friendly and very likable. The owner, Maria is the very best! Food delicious.

I eat at Herby's fairly regularly and I love it. I am Puerto Rican, but I grew up in a mixed Cuban/Mexican neighborhood. I am used to GOOD Mexican food and Herby's is about as good as it gets in this part of Penny. I've never had issues with service, even though I have, several times, shown up with parties of 10 people or more, completely unannounced. (I'm not rude, but people NEVER RSVP anymore)

Service:inept Food: taste like it came from a jar. Too much sauce and only a trace amount of lamb or veggies for the price. Better Mexican Restaurants locally. My wife had a problem with her meal. Rather then fix the problem they waited a few minutes and brought the same meal back instead of making a new one like we asked. Avoid this place.
