If you're in the mood for a taste of nostalgia and quality, Herman's is the spot for you. Their hotdogs may not be the absolute top, but they hit all the right notes for me. The soft serve sundaes and milkshakes are unbeatable, making Herman's a must-visit Topton institution for those who appreciate good old-fashioned treats.
