After a long hiatus from hibachi restaurants, we celebrated my granddaughter's 8th birthday at Ichiban, where the exceptional food, friendly chef, and attentive service left us all happy and full, making it a memorable experience that I look forward to repeating, especially for lunch, despite the smaller portions this time.
