We visit KFC often for a delicious chicken sandwich. But the woman who works there is a very special employee. She remembers what we order without telling her each time and she serves us in a very friendly and polite manner. I thought she should be complimented because she. is one of the nicest people we have ever met in our dining out experiences! Hope you appreciate her! We do! I know her name is Donna ❤️and she works at the Hazleton, Pennsylvania KFC! kudos to Donna!😍

My husband ordered the $20 fill up and instead of giving us coleslaw they gave us three mashed potatoes without telling us they did that. They also had no corn bread so they gave us the biscuits instead. Trying to contact them about their errorthey do not answer the phone.
