PLEASE, DO NOT EAT HERE! !!!!!! I was so shocked at how the girl was so disrespectful and ignorant at the drive thru. I Ordered A 15 Piece Original bucket of chicken. On top there were five pieces of chicken that were freshly cooked. The last eight pieces at the bottom of the bucket was old chicken that was BURNT!!!! I will NEVER.EVER go to the Willow Grove, PA KFC again!! The employees are ignorant and the food is disgusting. ...

Please do not go to the Willow Grove KFC! !!!!! We went through my the drive through around 1:00pm. They were not busy at all which is why we used the drive thru service. My husband ordered a 15 piece bucket of original fried chicken. On the top of the bucket there were five freshly cooked pieces of chicken. At the bottom of the bucket, there were 8 pieces of chicken that were old and burnt !!!!! It was absolutely disgusting the person who waited on us at the drive thru with ignorant and rude and she had no manners. I will not be surprised if his KFC closes down before the end of the year!!!! THE SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A DISGRACE!!!!!!

Once again totally disappointed. After ordering a 8 piece bucket meal upon getting bucket home and opening bucket only seven pieces, this always happens from this location. I don't understand. If worker is to pull 2 breasts, how come we always get one. Never again.
