After a unfortunate incident in Rittenhouse Square, I found refuge at Latimer Deli where the clerk generously provided me with breakfast and a pack of cigarettes on my "tab", knowing I was acquainted with the owner Tony. The store is known for its personalized service, as they remember your name, usual purchases, and offer a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel valued as a customer.
