After trying the salmon curry at Reading Terminal Market, I was impressed by the generous portion and the affordable price, especially since salmon dishes usually cost more around here. The curry sauce was lighter and thinner than I expected-more like a soup-but still flavorful, and the staff moved quickly through the line despite the crowd. It's a solid option for a satisfying, protein-packed meal when you want something quick and tasty in the hustle and bustle of the market.

I tried the salmon curry at the restaurant in Reading Terminal Market after doing some research on their menu. The price of the dish was surprisingly low at only $10, considering it was a salmon dish. Despite a short wait in line with about 10 people, the staff efficiently served the food, which was already prepared and displayed cafeteria-style.
