Great Job Donald the cook, As busy as you were today on March 7th,2023, I APPRECIATED HOW YOU KEPT UP WITH THE BIG CROWD OF PEOPLE,EVEN THOUGH SOMEONE WAS YELLING AT YOUTHE WHOLE TIME, WE DIDNT KNOW WHO IT WAS, HE DIDNT HAVE A NAME TAG ON, BUT THUMBS UP TO YOU DONALD FOR A JOB WELL DONE.

I just ordered take out at Long John's in Hermitage. Ordered 8 piece family meal. The coleslaw was tasted vinegar and the crab cakes were way over cooked. I usually enjoy their food but will not be eating there for quit some time. Very unhappy!!

June 6, 2018 I love the food and service at our hermitage, pa store. The outside possibilities of the outside plants, driveway and entrance is horrific. Needs some improvement. The inside sure needs an uplift with fresh paint that has been chipped towards floor, Just one day of maintenance would certainly help THE ONLY FISH AND ACCESSORIES STOP AT THE END OF THE DAY. Just 1 day.

The Buttermilk cod is terrible. Tell corporate that recipe does not work.The buttermilk drys out the fish and makes it chewy. The coating is tough and tasteless. The beer batter cod was excellent. I believe I won't be going back to Long John Silvers until you bring back the beer batter cod fish.

well our family was in this Tuesday afternoon and the service was great .. But the store manager was very rude the way she represents the restaurant and the way she talks to employees i couldn't believe my ears. we will not be back cause of that than when we are eating she is so loud.
