AMAZING

We live near to Main Moon; and we frequent their business quite often both in sit-down and take-out.
Is it the best Chinese Restaurant that we have ever been to? . .... NO! ... but it sure is a contender, and for the price, you cannot beat it. Their buffet is modest, but everything on it very good to excellent. We never have had a bad meal there. Service is excellent. ... could use a little updating.

Since recently changed hands the atmosphere and food quality is excellent. The service was fast & friendly. Today I had the buffet and everything was superb. Fresh high quality vegetables, seafood & meats. What more could you ask for? Love it. You will too!

I'm just now seeing some of the reviews but I'm not sure which main moon people are thinking of when they say doesn't stay warm long or quality has gone down but that's wrong. Every time I come through I get it n never been unsatisfied with it, I drive truck so I get to experience a lot other places since I travel and so far none even come close to the sharon store

My husband & I eat at the Main Moon in Sharon, Pa. almost every week because we like the taste of the food & the price is very reasonable. But, I have two complaints about this restaurant. One is that the food doesn't stay warm very long, & the other is that they don't keep the restaurant very warm in the winter time. Today the restaurant was freezing, which made my fingers & toes so cold, I couldn't get warm. I kept my coat on the whole time we were there. I believe that one of the reasons the food gets cold so fast is because they keep the temperature so low in the restaurant. Otherwise the food tastes good & the staff is very friendly & nice. ( I have a request for them if they can, to add egg custard tarts to their menu, like Empire Buffet in New Philadelphia, Ohio, at the New Towne Mall Some of the other Chinese restaurants in the area also serve this same food. It is really good. Thank you.

I am commenting on the review about the guy who says the quality of the food at this restaurant has slackened. I agree with this review. We noticed this in this past year about how they leave the pans empty out before refilling them again. And they do leave them partly empty too long before putting fresh food in them. Do they realize how bacteria grows on food if it sets out too long uncovered? The only reason we're there anymore is because of the good price & friendly staff.
