The pizza I ordered was inconsistent - the first time it was crispy and flavorful, earning 5 stars, but the second time it lacked crispness and flavor, only deserving 3 stars. Despite this, I still plan to return, hoping for better consistency in the future. The delivery experience was disappointing as my specific instructions were not followed, leading to a cold pizza and frustration, but the quality of the pizza itself was good even when reheated.
