Driving 20 minutes to try this Italian restaurant was absolutely worth it, as the food exceeded all expectations with incredible flavors and authentic, homemade dishes. The warm, family-like atmosphere and attentive service made the experience even more enjoyable, leaving me eager to return for more of their outstanding meals.

While visiting State College, my group sought out a genuine Italian dining experience. After a short drive, we stumbled upon a cozy, family-owned restaurant that exceeded our expectations. The delicious chicken parm left a lasting impression, and the charming ambiance of the downtown area added to the overall enjoyment of our meal. The genuine warmth and authentic flavors of the dishes made our visit truly memorable.

We think that for the best Italian food in State College you have to go to Bellefonte. I am from NY and know good Italian food and this place is outstanding!! The prices are good, portions are great, and quality is beyond words!! 5 Stars!!

After the Restaurant Impossible showed the improvements to this place, I decided to check it out. OMG, the prices were outrageous!! $8 for an Italian sub? Ok, we'll see if it's worth it. Guess what, it wasn't!! Too bland and flat. I should have gone to The Hofbrau or Jim's Italian Cuisine for half the price and better food. Now your current menu has raised the sub price to $9!!! And your pizzas are $14 for 10" pizza? Really? What ingredients are they putting on them, gold pepperoni, mozzarella and mushrooms? Who are they charging for? The attorneys and the out-of-towners? You people that praise this restaurant...check out the two restaurants mentioned above and see for yourself. They aren't byob but so what? Are you going there to drink or eat???
