Ordered via Uber Eats for delivery as this Marco Polo does not have its own delivery and we are unable to drive to pick up. We couldn't cook tonight. The delivered order was wrong. Second time there was an issue with an order. I called the restaurant directly and the restaurant Manager told me we had to call Uber Eats..but UE are only delivery, not the preparer. The actual incorrect delivered item could not be eaten due to its ingredients. The Manager admitted they prepared the wrong menu item even though our confirmation and receipt reflected the one we ordered. He said it was our responsibility to get the right item .we could either TRY to get Uber Eats to assign a driver to come back for a corrected order, or pick up a corrected order which I explained was not possible...or place a whole new order online through Uber Eats...another wait time and charge whilst expecting a delayed refund..He was rude, impatient and dismissive and hung up on me. Although we do enjoy the Marco Polo menu and have eaten inside the restaurant previous to our driving issue, never again..this was uneccesarily stressful and chaotic and could have been salvaged had the manager offered better customer service and support. Needless to say our appetites were ruined when all we wanted was a pleasant respite from a challenging week.

Is going down hill. We order from Marco Polo. Frequently. Ordered a house salad and a shrimp cocktail.
House salad had mounds of lettuce and literally 4 vegetables, 2 cherry tomatoes and two cucumber slices.
No red onion, carrots, croutons but enough greens to feed an army. Shrimp cocktail was tepid in temperature at
Best. Disappointing.
