Went to this establishment last night with my friends and ordered at the drive-thru. Order was simple enough, I was the only one eating so grabbed a 20 piece nugget and a medium fry. When we got to the pay window, there was no one there, and we eventually figured out that we were supposed to go to the second window immediately. We start to pull up there, and the cashier was apparently angered by something the last customer did, as she was clapping at him/her kinda how ghetto girls do when u ruffle their feathers. Ok, it's cool, I worked in fasTV food and know how ignmnnorant ppl can be so I get it. When we get to the second window, because I understand her pain, when she opened the window, I asked her if she was ok in the most sincere tone, because I genuinely wanted to know, and she snapped at me, which prompted me to snap back at her. I'm not one to complain, but u don't take things out on me like I did something wrong. Come to find out she was mad because she thought that either me or one of my acquaintances called her stupid when in fact no one said that, and if we did I'm sure none of us would say that to an employee who is just trying to work and earn their wage. goh. Their manager defended her workers actions btw, saying that we should not have said that, when NO ONE SAID ANYTHING!!! I'll give this place two stars because my order is always right and this visit was no exception. But that worker should have handled this differently. Were I in her shoes I would have said, excuse me? Are u name calling? And if the customers response was yes or any slick comment would have asked them to leave the drive thru, which j have the right to do as a fast food worker. But don't assume someone called you a name. People kill me!
