Monk's Cafe in Philadelphia offers an incredible Belgian-inspired beer selection and delicious food like mussels and fries, served in a lively, casual atmosphere with friendly, knowledgeable bartenders who make the wait worthwhile despite the busy, sometimes loud environment.
