This restaurant has a great ambiance, making it an ideal choice for a date night. Plus, it's BYOB, which is an added bonus for a more personalized dining experience. Their Spanish Garlic Shrimp with Lime Sauce is a must-try, served with warm bread that was simply amazing. The cauliflower tacos and blackened salmon with guac, avocado creme, and pickled onion were also incredibly tasty. The service was exceptional, and we had a great experience overall.

March 2013: Called restaurant in advance about hours because of movie with a group (6) of friends - we all wanted to go out afterward. Juan Carlos stayed open just for us! First, the margaritas were so delicious and fresh - we really would have loved to drink them all night (BYOB, & $10/pitcher - well worth it). Thanks, Laura, for the mouth-watering libation. The fresh & warm tortilla chips served with chunky & delicious homemade salsa, that would have satisfied us. Until we came to know a selection of heavenly appetizers. The Mexican egg rolls were the favorite, bar none. Served with a wonderful clear dipping sauce, spicy and a little sweet, the combination of flavors was genuinely unforgettable. We also loved the chimichanga and amazing spicy falafel - so delectable and unexpected served with a Greek yogurt/cucumber sauce and warm pita bread triangles. The guacamole was OUT OF THIS WORLD. The owner had cooked for us himself and came out to THANK US for our patronage. THANK YOU! Unfortunately, our experience was all too brief, due to the late hour, and we did not get to try any entrees or desserts. But we have vowed to return. Under $20/person, all in.
