Cooking equipment exposed to contamination from grease build-up in the exhaust filters and vents. Open food storage containers exposed to contamination in the customer service line/counter Management instructed to initiate immediate corrective action.
5-01.1: Food not protected from contamination: Food is not protected from contamination.Open food storage containers exposed to contamination from old food debris behind the food sorage containers in the bainmarie . Management instructed to initiate immediate corrective action.
7-01 (B): Fruit fly infestation: Fruit fly infestation is present. Numerous live fruit flies observed surronding the indirect waster floor drain. Management instructed to initiate immediate corrective action.
10-02.2 (A): Multi-use utensils not properly cleaned, sanitized: Multi-use utensils are not properly cleaned and sanitized. The slicer machine parts , the kitchen utensils, the food storage containers. The 3 basin sink observed not in use for the process of sanitization. Management instructed to initiate immediate corrective action.
