To clarify, once the food came through our doors, because of covid it would've had to have been thrown away regardless. So because they delivered it here, we had to pay for it. I called about the mistake and was told it was fine not to pay because it was their mistake then two days later, they sent the police to tell us that we are required to pay over $50 for food we neither ordered or ate. Up until this happened, we had been ordering from Charlie's once a week. Unfortunately, they've now lost our business. We were very upset by this event and wanted to make others aware.
