The thin crust pizza here is exceptional, with plenty of toppings and reasonable prices, making it one of my favorites. Although the mozzarella sticks felt a bit overpriced and seemed frozen, the pizza itself is consistently outstanding, especially the Sicilian variety. After years of visiting, the quality remains unmatched, and the friendly staff always adds to the experience, making it a go-to for pizza lovers.

The thin crust pizza with generous toppings is truly excellent, and I find myself craving it whenever I'm away. After years of enjoying Napoli's, I can confidently say that their consistent quality and friendly service make it a must-visit for anyone who loves great pizza.

The food was horrible. I ordered a regular and a Sicilian with a side of wings. The regular crust was chewy and hard. The Sicilian was a high-school style sheet tray that they gave us 8 pieces of. The sauce was bland and the cheese was rubbery. The most disgusting were the wings. I have been an executive chef for 30 years and this is one of the grossest things I have ever eaten. The wings were breaded and so soggy with hot sauce they had puffed up and the breading and meat were dissolving as you bit it. I spit it out. No one here could eat one. I've been in this business for 40 years and I didn't even know chicken could dissolve like that from a bone in piece. This place is the second worst food I've had in Pittsburgh.

Been going there since the day they opened over 35 years ago. Homemade dough, homemade sauce, delicious! Best pizza, calzones and hoagies around. Staff friendly and prices fair.

Pizza tastes great, but unfortunately has the most miserable staff I've ever seen. The woman taking our order has zero customer service skills. We ordered our food and was told "you can't eat here, you gotta leave, dining room closed at 7". She complained out loud every time the phone rang. Really set a tone for us to never want to order there again.

Napoli used to be a great place for some pizza. But recently every single pie I've ordered has been undercooked.

We eat there as much as possible. Their Sicilian pizza is our absolute favorite. Eat it once and you'll be hooked!

Stopped in DSW and noticed Napoli soo I figured why not try a slice ordered two slices with PEPPERONI TO GO. Arrived home ,opened the bag to find to unassuming slices of pizza scantly topped with a few dollops of meat AND NOT EVEN IN A TAKE OUT BOX BUT NESTLED ON A CHEESY PAPER PLATR. PAID OVER 7 BUCKS. I WON'T BE BACK. DSW YES BUT I'LL PASS ON THE WORSE PIZZA I EVER HAD
