Food is so good! My only complaint is phone etiquette. It’s brutal .

Fantastic bagels and cream cheese, end of story. All the poor reviews on here are complaints about the $10 minimum for cards or someone disgruntled about not being treated overly nicely as a customer. Get over yourself. Their product speaks for itself. If you want bagels and cream cheese, do not look elsewhere.

The bagels are excellent, however the management is rude and condescending. My son went in for bagels and the owner toasted them when my son had said no to toasting - we NEVER get them toasted. When my son asked for him to remake them non toasted the guy said they weren’t toasted and rudely sent my son away. They were, of course, crisply toasted. No owner should be that rude to customers nor should he curse at his employees. AVOID unless you like being trestle rudely.

I actually love these bagels and their vegetable cream cheese is the best! They have a nice assortment of different flavors cream cheese. But...I went there recently to purchase half a dozen bagels only to be turned away after the girl behind the counter put my selections in the bag for me to find out that I must purchase over $10 to use my debit card. I think this is ridiculous as this is telling people that I have to buy almost a dozen of their product to pay with a debit card...you have to have cash. In this Covid era you have to use cash! Get with the program people! We are moving to a cashless society. I walked out empty handed. This is why I rated them so lowly. So if you walk in there and order a breakfast sandwich for $8 and only have debit you're going hungry or that $8 sandwich now costs $10. Kinda funny when I can go to the dollar store in the same plaza and make a debit purchase for $3!
