Hands down, this Chinese food in the Philadelphia area hits all the right notes with amazing value and flavors that keep me coming back every Saturday. The wonton soups with fresh noodles are my absolute favorite, though sometimes the noodles surprise me by being the dried kind-please stick to the wok-fresh ones! From crispy spring rolls to crab Rangoon that's to die for, every bite is a delicious adventure, and the delivery guy's punctuality and charm make the experience even sweeter.
