Food is good I would give them that, but the portions are terrible. I got the lasagna meal, it came, was shocked. For $12 II got just a little corner portion. For a meal like that u usually have some left over- not this case. Gave them benefit if doubt and ordered it take out. Fantastic!! Had it for 3 meals. Now just got take out with extra bread, very angry and disappointed. Called and complained, its how the cook cuts it to freeze. Well if that's the case they should give 2 small portions. Dint have alot of money to spend but I'm not treating myself there anymore. They suck!!!

Seems like this place is surviving from a once good reputation and a lack of choice in that part of town. Zero customer service tells me they do not value the people who are for some reason still going there. Dity, run down, and miserable staff. I chose to spend my hard earned money elsewhere. There are plenty of other places and people who are still willing to work for it!

The food is amazing but they could put some money back into the place, especially the leak marks on the ceiling of the dining room. They replaced them once but didn't fix the leak so they are back. Parking lot is a disaster too, BUT best Italian food or any food in the area. Huge selection. Service is average.
