Being from Northwest Indiana, I was surprised by the unique flavor of the BBQ sandwich, especially the burnt ends, which are rare to find in the Chicagoland area. The smoked pork steak, a thick and tender cut, stood out as the best I've ever tasted, accompanied by delicious sides like scalloped potatoes and baked beans. Although the atmosphere is casual and the service can sometimes feel indifferent, the generous portions, reasonable prices, and exceptional meat quality make it a worthwhile dining experience for any BBQ enthusiast.
