We ordered takeout from the Olive Garden Restaurant in Bethel Park, and WE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE IMPRESSED!!! They have a TAKEOUT COORDINATOR, SHANNON, who was incredible!!! When I called to place the order, she was PLEASANT, PERSONABLE, AND EXTREMELY EFFICIENT! After taking our order, she read everything back to me to insure that it was accurate. When my husband picked up our order, she went out of her way to help us with our birthday coupon. Shannon went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was a positive one!!! Our three meals and dessert were METICULOUSLY PACKAGED!!! I absolutely love the darling containers the Olive Garden uses for their salads with the special compartments for dressing and croutons. We ordered extra sauce and extra salad dressing for each meal and all of these extras were included in our order. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the tiramisu!!! SHANNON, THE TAKEOUT COORDINATOR, IS AMAZING AND A HUGE ASSET TO OLIVE GARDEN RESTAURANTS! They need to figure out a way to clone her! We order takeout all the time, and 9 out of 10 times our experiences are not good ones.....the meals are wrong, the extras are missing, and the packaging is sloppy. I would highly recommend the Olive Garden in Bethel Park!
