The pizza at this establishment is truly delicious, and the prices are very reasonable. The staff members are always friendly and provide excellent service. I particularly enjoyed the steak pizza with banana peppers, a unique and tasty combination that left me satisfied all day.

I have been ordering from Palumbo's for many years. I have ordered via the phone, SLICE and off their website in the past. This time I ordered from their website and had the worst experience I have ever had. The order was delivered over 1 hour after it was ordered, missing most of the food (missing cheese steak, chicken cheese steak, bacon cheese burger, onion ring and Pierogies), not sure how that happened. The driver said he would be right back. I called and talked to the store to make sure that the 2nd trip out would be complete. They assured me that it would be corrected.

The driver came back and I was still missing a cheese steak. I called the store again and voiced my displeasure with the manager and he made excuses, saying "we encourage everyone to call in their orders as they have issues with online orders" he also said they were very busy, but he would have the chef make the sandwich and get it right out to me.

The manager made no effort to compensate me for the all issues.

Finally over 2 hours and 3 trips by the driver we had all our food.

Best steak sandwich and fries I've ever had ! Grilled chicken salad was awesome ! Great portions,reasonable prices,and great food !
