The food here at #1 is absolutely delicious and the atmosphere is unique with its blend of a Vietnamese restaurant and a sports bar. Despite a language barrier with one staff member, the overall service was friendly and welcoming. The variety of dishes, like the noodle soup and short ribs with broken rice, were exceptional and definitely worth returning for on future visits to the States.
