I've visited this bar a few times now, and each visit has had a different vibe - sometimes bustling, sometimes quiet. This past Saturday night was surprisingly calm despite an NFL playoff game on. The atmosphere is great for enjoying cheap appetizers and drinks, and the service I received was excellent, making for a pleasant experience overall.
