staff and management treat you very poorly. Bartenders are beyond rude, quality of work is terrible at best. Try and order more than one drink and they go on break! Would not recommend this place, what a let down.

I was expecting a 5-star type of event & wasn't let down.One of the owners Sue held my hand through the entire process helping me every step of the way.The hall itself is very regal & adds to the richness of the affair.The meal was served buffet style & most of it was delicious though some of it seemed overcooked but since the bridal party was late the kitchen can't be blamed.The staff did their jobs proficiently & professionally yet the did seem to be very stoic & joyless during the night, upon my insistence I did get a couple smiles out of the bartender. I would highly recommend the Fern as I feel that I got my monies worth & then some.
