My husband and I went to Pottstown Red Lobster to pick up a take out order. I stayed in the car and he went in for the order. When he came out he placed the order on my lap and I noticed something on his shirt. We noticed it was grease and at that precise time I noticed that my jeans were saturated with grease too, We picked up the bag and noticed that my order which was shrimp scampi had leaked out! The lid on the cup had came off and the scampi sauce and the shrimp were on the bottom of the bag and all over my husbands container of food. We obviously went right back in and they said that they were sorry and that they would take care of it. When we got home they had simply picked up the loose shrimp and put it back in the cup with NO scampi sauce at all! Not only were my jeans wrecked, but the dinner was disgusting! I called corporate and sent a letter with no response!!!! It is really unfortunate that they obviously did not care! Went from our favorite restaurant to us NEVER eating there again....all because of the way this was handled or should I say not handled!!!!!
