Not pleasant! We were charged $4 for onion rings as a substitute for fries and received (2) onion rings, really? One of our guests was charged for a coke that they never ordered, and I was charged an additional $3 for a refill of iced tea, again, really??? Service was poor to very poor although the server was new. I feel as though we were forgotten and it wasn't because the restaurant was full, it was far from that. Errors on the billing as well as 2 people receiving wrong entrees.
For what is supposed to be a fine eating establishment it was far from FINE!

The Roadhouse Grill just changed their menu. It was happy hour (4:30-6:30) and they have several items for $7, and reduced drink prices.
We had the Cornmeal Crusted Calamari with roasted red pepper aioli. The calamari was tender with a crispy crust. The aioli was very good.
We also had The Cheese Steak Spring Rolls with pickle-pepper relish & fire roasted tomato coulis. The relish and coulis went perfectly with the spring rolls. The fire roasted tomato coulis had a nice smoky flavor similar to chipotle but without the heat.
We sampled the Snapper Turtle Soup with aged sherry which was also excellent (similar to the snapper soup at the William Penn Inn).
Last we had the Burgundy Beef Pot Pie (a tasty beef stew with potatoes, carrots, celery, peas and mushrooms covered with puff pastry). It was fantastic.
I have also had the three cheese burger here a few times (1/2 pound burger, smoked bacon, American, provolone and cheddar cheese, frizzled onions, roasted red pepper aioli and fries). The burger is enormous and I usually get two meals out of it. They will also substitute a chicken breast for the beef burger if you prefer.
