The food at Roma Pie is delicious and the service is quick. The staff is super friendly and makes you feel welcome. When you try the Roma Pie made by Tony the Italian guy, you'll feel like you're in Italy enjoying a taste of amore.

Roma used to best in town . Now they suck -ss ,ripped me off 60 dollars ,cant run their website right . After an hour and half ,no food. Had to pick my food up myself for delivery order ,charged me fees ,when I arrived home food was not edible .Subs not what we ordered ,pizza cold .
Gave me some smoke n mirrors story,when I called back ,come back 3 dsys . I have not received payment . Wouldnt refund anything 3 days later .

SHAME ON YOU ROMA...

The food was great and the staff is very nice. I ordered the Pizza extra crispy and it was perfect. Will definately be coming here again.

Writing this review after many times of going to Roma and putting up with their terrible service, food, and ATTITUDE! This last time was the final straw!
We usually avoid Roma Pizza, because of past experiences and their small quantity of food for the price is not any kind of value, especially compared to all the other pizza shops in the area, but we were desperate the other night at around 9:10pm and decided to order delivery. They are opened until 10pm, so we assumed it would be ok to order for delivery and we are very close to the shop anyhow. We called and the guy that answered the phone could not understand a word we were saying when ordering. Then another guy got on the phone and was extremely rude, demanding "how many subs do you want, 2, 5, 10...what, HOW MANY!!??" Then he demanded to know how far away we lived to decide if they were going to deliver or not. More rudeness occurred afterwards that I can't type here, then he just hung up the phone! About 15-20 minutes later we get a knock on the door and some guy showed up with our food. We opened up the subs we ordered and they barely had anything in them, even though we ordered SUPER SIZED, knowing that the regulars are small to begin with. These subs were pitiful and wrapped in what appeared to be USED FOIL dug out of the TRASH! We were afraid to eat the food, because of how rude the guys were on the phone, we thought they may have done something to the food!
This is not the first time they have been so incredibly rude and ignorant! Many times we stopped in there to get lunch and they are just as RUDE in person as they are on the phone! First you are IGNORED until they decide to acknowledge that you walked into their shop 10 minutes ago and are standing in front of them watching them ignoring you. Then they act so bothered when taking your order, no smile, no appreciation for your business. Then you get the pitiful amount of food and BURNT french fries and wonder why you went there in the first place,..to be abused?
Listen, there are far BETTER CHOICES in Palmyra than this dump! You will regret ever going here, mark my words! Those "positive reviews" are their friends and family members trying to boost their business that is FAILING terribly. No matter how desperate we get, we will NEVER eat this TRASH again, let alone their rock hard crust, cardboard dry pizza! ALL of their subs are HALF the size of other shops in Palmyra, and the prices are BETTER than Roma!
Take my advice, go elsewhere and thank me later!
