Took my mom here for her birthday and the service was friendly and quick, which made the evening really enjoyable. The escarole and beans appetizer I had was full of flavor with its tomato, basil, and garlic base, and the family loved their dishes too-especially the plum tomato vodka sauce on the pasta and the spicy kick in the spaghetti with Scalo. It's a cozy, tiny restaurant with BYOB, so making reservations is a smart move since it fills up fast, but the fresh, delicious Italian food and generous portions keep bringing us back.

I recently celebrated my mom's birthday at a charming Italian eatery. The service was attentive and the dishes were flavorful and satisfying. I particularly enjoyed the escarole and beans appetizer, which had a delightful blend of tomato, basil, and garlic flavors.
