I felt an instinct to explore Vermont Plaza, sensing something special was waiting for me. The true treasure turned out to be Sam's, where the fritters are absolutely world-class. I'm confident that the chili cheese fries and pastrami croissandwich, offered at a great price, will be just as satisfying.
