Good food. It's a not a high end steak house like a Ruth's Chris or a Peter Luger's, so don't expect that. If you understand the level of restaurant it is, their food is very good and fairly priced. Everything, even fast food is ridiculously priced today, but they're fair and competitive for what they are.

I'm a big (but not fat) guy and I eat both a lot and fast. I was able to finish my meal, plus the rest of my daughter's she couldn't (she doesn't do boxed leftovers). However, the other 4 people (2 adult women and 2 adult men) could not finish more than half their plates after about 30 min when they began making it quite clear they wanted us to get the F out so they could farm more people in and out. Again, I'd have not even noticed because I'm a pig, but average people didn't have enough time to finish their food and we're still clearly eating when they began to push you out. So, that's something to consider.

Very clean, well-staffed, and friendly. I'd go back. Like I said, Peter Luger's it's not, but it's also not $150 per person.

Overall very good good for what it is.

Usually very happy with this restaurant but last night ugggghhh--- no buns and told if they were done when we were leaving they would give us some --- gee thanks. Food took forever and when they hand you the plate and say be careful its hot --- really ...... wasnt even warm and neither was the food. I did get another plate but kind of wasnt feeling like much of anything by then --- when everyone else was done with food finally offered another drink. Maybe its a staffing issue because it wasnt even super busy --- but management didnt even attempt to make anything better. Try harder next time --- just wont be me there.

Hey Dickson City Texas Roadhouse here is a suggestion. When you seat your patrons put a timer on the table so they know how long they have to eat before you start the process of kicking your customers out of their table. For a table of four you are allowed 30 minutes to eat your meal( I timed it). You were in such in a hurry to get us out when we came in you got my order wrong. Sent the manager over to ask if she could wrap our food up when some of us were still eating
I get it you are the only chain steak restaurant in dickson city, and it was a weekend, but there is rarely a day you do not have a line at your door and so much staff on they are tripping over each other, so I don't think you are on the brink of bankruptcy.
So, I think you can afford to allow your customers longer than 30 minutes to eat their meals, before you make it obvious you want them to leave.
I know my review will absolutely make no difference to you since you have no competition. And it won't until another chain steak restaurant moves into the area and takes a bite out of your profits.
So my review of my most recent visit is the food is good if you get the order right, but don't stay longer than 45 minutes.
