Stopped at Tom's Kitchen in Sugarloaf for breakfast while traveling with my mom. The food was delicious, and my mom enjoyed her poached eggs on toast with bacon and home fries. I went for "Tom's Big Breakfast" - eggs, toast, pancakes, home fries, bacon, and sausage. The wait staff was friendly and attentive, making our meal a pleasant experience.

Over heard the servers talking badly about multiple customers. One waiter in particular Nate was bad mouthing a certain family to all the other staff. Maybe owner should review some of his cameras if they have audio to hear how his staff talks about the customers! Unprofessional,place . No one, wants to go out to eat to hear such disgusting behavior of staff ' will never eat there again and have told many of our friends about our experience .

Havent been here in a while last time wasnt too good. But tonight decide to get takeout. Turkey club sandwiches, first orders a side of coleslaw that I had to go back for,
Size of it wasntworth it, small styrofoam cup barely half full. Turkey sandwiches so dry had to put our own mayo on very dry. So I guess this place is off our list again. Disappointing

The menu choices, food prep & quality, the take out packaging and dine in experience is all great!
I love the interior changes and very pleased with the meals and service!
One particular waitress is extremely pleasant, smiling and attentive... always hope to get her!

Advertise specials in,newspaper then when you call to place a order the price is an upcharge of 2.00 more.when questioning why price increase rude staff (helen) was very unprofessional. I will take my business elsewhere. Managment and staff needs to get on same page! Learn how to treat your customers they are the ones who keep you in business.

I went there last night with my wife. They brought us to a table and gave us menus we then sat there for fifteen minutes and no one came to take our order. They walked by us an one waitress cleaned the table next to us. We left and on the way out I saw the hostess and told her we were leaving cause no one took our order.
