Ate dinner at Tops Buffet on Tuesday. Worst meal I have ever had. The food was cold, dumplings were hard and rice was dried out, soup had no taste.We haven't been there since Covid and it has really changed. Price is higher ad food is not good. Even dessert bar has gone down hill. Most of desserts are store bought. We will not be back
