I wanted to comment on our visit to the highly recommended restraunt that we visited last evening. We had friends visiting and decided to treat them to the "best' steak house we have ever been to in many years of trying great food. The service was wonderful , a very friendly waitress,and it was crowded . I am not your normal complainer I had ordered a 16oz T bone with mushrooms , baked potato, and salad. all of us ordered the same except one ordered a shrimp meal , Thank God I was the one that got the bad steak , and by being bad I mean so tough, I bent my fork on using it for leverage to cut the steak. We came with people of high prestigue, they were upset over my meal , but I did mention it to our waitress and showed to her the bent fork,I ate the mushrooms , potato , and salad,but the steak must have been a bad cut, because never before have I had this experience happen. There was nothing mentioned or done , as to a discount off of my meal , nor an apology. I know it was not the waitress fault , but gee not to say , I'm sorry, or come back on us , or i'll take something off of your bill,was upsetting. Bad experience is saying the least , to a restraunt very well known and advertised. I wish the owner would be kind enough to give me a phone call asap @ 814-467-7190 my name is Jean.
