Ordered delivery tonight and was impressed with the delicious and perfectly prepared food. The prompt delivery driver made the minimal wait time worth it after a long day at work. The wings were even better than I remembered from childhood, making them the best in Warren with every flavor being finger-licking good.

The food and selection are outstanding. I order from there almost everyday. The service is outstanding also. I got most of my friends to order from West End. I get that you are busy, but don't tell a person that it will take 45 minutes to an hour and have it end up being 2 and a half hours! That's not good business. Also, when you change the lettuce in your salads you should really let your customers know...not everyone likes arugula... when it use to be just ice berg.

Always good , I found the pizza is a lot different , been going for the steak n cheese wrap and the Italian Stromboli w sauce it's always great ! And approved from my Basset Hound and Long hair mini Dauschund.

The worst place to order from. Ordered at 4:01p never received until 7. Then food was cold and paid for it cuz it was bagged. Called and owner was rude and disrespectful because " we didn't direct him where to go" we had given it to the person we spoke with but apparently it is my job to tell him where to go.

I would not order from West Take out ever again. Twice we've ordered to have our pizza arrive an hour and a half late and cold.. the first time they were nice and offered a free pizza.. the second time.. it was cold and when I said to the delivery "person" that it was cold.. he/she said "yes it is" no apology. Sorry I tipped as well as we did. When I called to say the pizza late.. they laughed and said it was on its way.. no apology.
I personally think that the people working there have no freakin clue how to work efficiently.
I'm glad that Dominos is coming to town

Decided to try ordering even though word of mouth reviews not very flattering. Wasted ninety minutes waiting. No sauce for the overcooked pizza logs. No garlic flavour to the butter garlic wings. Blue cheese dressing was salted and mixed with ranch. Disappointed and disgusted. Won't waste my time or money again. Lesson learned.

Came back to town after being gone helping my dad who was terminal, My daughter and grandkids were coming for dinner, the pizza was absolutely DELICIOUS,add well as the kids LOVING the chicken tenders and we all split a steak and cheese sub which was the best I have ever had in town, THANK YOU for such a wonderful respectful and kind staff starting from the lady who took the
order to the cook and the delivery,
everything was absolutely exceptional.very
pleased and will defiantly be back as well as recommending to anyone who ask.and to the ones that don't. Lol
With great gratitude and thanks I would also like to add the food was exceptionally FRESH .

order pizza not from this area and was recommended by hotel i stayed at.
first pizza arrived one side was dark causing pizza to have burnt taste i called and they offered to replace.
i appologized didnt want to compain but i am sensitive to certain taste ..burnt taste is one of them.
i got replacement pizza seemed alot better ate 2 slices and ive been sick since ..i called back to west end told them if they'd like to pick up pizza and what issue was manager he basically said there was nothing wrong with first pizza and employees ate it..and then second pizza he said no one else has got pick very rude ..i told him not from area asking for refund..i was told no ..
he offered me store credit at first but then started getting rude and acting like he was calling me a liar and decided nothing he was willing to do ..i said you'd rather have unhappy customer and he said he didn't have time to deal with this..really i've never dealt with company that treats customers like this but i wont be dealing with them ever again either ..lady who delivered seemed friendly the guy answering phone said he was manager totally rude making it sound like all the employees stared at first pizza burnt on one side and ate without complaining.. i assumed they'd be concerned that customer was unhappy and had gotten sick..
but they were rude and didn't seem to care ..
so for the $13.00 he could have refunded me to do the right thing he lost customer and probally others as it looks like i'm not only one with problems here looking at reviews..word of mouth is everything..

The owner, Diana is very personable, friendly, and hard working. I had the Pepperoni Balls - delicious! The dipping sauce was amazing... I believe my Sicilian Gramma would have approved. I highly recommend this place and food!

Great service and good food. Very reasonably priced and good value for the portions. I've ordered from here many times and never had any issues.
