Waitt staff could be a fraction more friendly and smile. They could be more sympathetic when a meal is unsatisfactory

Dry corn muffins, salad not fresh,coffee has no coffee taste ,too many potato choices not I will not be going there many more times.Should serve more fresh local fruit and vegetables.Better salad with romaine and grilled shrimp or chicken.

The Wheel Inn in Ralston PA is under new management. I have eaten there at least 6 times since March and the food is at best mediocre, The salad is still good, although smaller. The weekly special prices went up a dollar but the portions are smaller. The liver and onion special had very little onions on top. This past Saturday I ordered the pan "seared" pork chops topped with caramelized apples. The chops were pan fried and dry. The forgot the apples on top. I asked if the Coconut Cream pie was home made and was told it was. No way Jose. The filling had the consistency of cottage cheese. Marie Callander makes a better pie that Mr. Malizia.
I'm sorry, but we pay good money to belong to this club. I'm not even going to mention the "weak" drinks that the one bartender makes. At least she is consistent....if I see she is working I drink wine or beer!
I'd like the board to reconsider their choice in cooks.(get a chef, not a line cook) I'm sure they are getting an earful about the food and weak drinks.
