The Windmill is a popular spot in town, known by everyone for its iconic windmill. Swing by for a round of mini golf, especially enjoyable in the fall, and treat yourself to their delicious soft serve ice cream. The limited-time specials are always a hit, and I can't believe this place doesn't have higher ratings - it's truly the best soft serve in Pittsburgh!
